Refund Policy

RETURN POLICY
We offer full refunds if items are returned within 14 days of purchase (excluding all items marked final sale and jewelry purchases). Once we receive confirmation that the item has been shipped back to us within 14 days of purchase, we will refund you the amount the item is worth.

All items must be unwashed, have no makeup or deodorant stains, and be without wear or damage in order to qualify for a return. 

If you missed the 14-day window to return, feel free to send the items back anyways and we will issue you store credit instead of a refund.


HOW TO RETURN
Here are the steps you need to take:

1) Email us at contact@triktone.com, and ask for a return form *please provide your order # and reason for the return

2) Print the return form and fill it out completely

3) Package your items in their original packaging, leave the tag on the item, and include the original packing slip as well as your return form

4) Send it off at the post office (UPS/USPS only)

 
 
EXCHANGE POLICY
We only offer exchanges if the item is needed in a different size (and the desired size is in stock). In that case, we offer exchanges within 14 days of purchase (excluding all items marked final sale and jewelry purchases).

All items must be unwashed, have no makeup or deodorant stains, and be without wear or damage in order to qualify for an exchange. 

If you missed the 14-day window to exchange, feel free to send the items back anyways and we will issue you store credit instead of an exchange.
 
 
HOW TO EXCHANGE

2) Print the exchange form and fill it out completely

3) Package your items in their original packaging, leave the tag on the item, and include the original packing slip as well as your exchange form

4) Send it off at the post office (UPS/USPS only)

THINGS TO KNOW:

Refunds are issued to the original form of payment (it usually takes 3-5 business days to show up on your account)

If returning or exchanging shoes, they must not be scuffed and need to be returned in the shoebox they came in, along with the original outer packaging
